With over 14 years of experience, we take pride in providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service to our clients. We are currently seeking a Vice President of Sales to join our sales and marketing team. 

In this position, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and managing all sales and marketing activities necessary to successfully market products and services to customers. You will also be responsible for establishing sales territories and goals, determining product lines, price management, sales, promotion, staff development, training, and market research. You will also be expected to effectively manage assigned personnel. You will function as a team member within the department and cross-functions, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team, including hiring, training, and mentoring our teams.
  • Develop an inside sales team growth incentive program.
  • Increase sales growth with acceptable levels of gross margins as determined by business goals. Increase market share for products and services. Demonstrate awareness of customer needs and establishes processes and procedures to effectively meet those needs.
  • Develop interpersonal relationships which encourage openness, candor and trust, both internally and externally.
  • Successfully implement strategies that result in a substantial increase in new customers. Develop and maintain incentive programs for both inside and outside sales teams to incentivize and motivate toward ultimate success and teamwork.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals, objectives overall core values. Expanding territories through distribution expansion and strategic DC/Manufacturing expansion to serve our target market.
  • Deliver and present proposals to key customers. Meet with suppliers when necessary. Provide informative and professional assistance when working with the public/customers/vendors and coworkers.
  • Work with senior management in developing and executing plans, establishing direction, and evaluating company performance. Utilizing analytics to monitor and enhance the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, improving ROI on marketing spend. Review and recommend policy and procedure changes.
  • Implement sales processes which are efficient and integrated with the other departments to present a "seamless" operation to the customer.
  • Increasing the company's market share within its industry by effectively reaching target audiences and competing with rivals. Conducting and compiling industry product price and place analysis
  • Attend and present information at sales meetings. Conduct and participate in committee meetings. Attend trade association meetings. Plan shows and seminars.
  • Fostering strong collaboration between sales, marketing, and other departments, ensuring cohesive efforts toward common goals.
  • Part of the Leadership team in sculping our planning and strategy for continued growth and success including market expansion and M+A analysis and input.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
