We are a growing manufacturing company of chimney venting systems looking for people who share the same passion as us and have fun doing it! NECS is in our 13th year of business, and we have recently expanded our facility and locations.

We help our customers create a parts list for their custom job, process their order, manufacture it in-house, ship and deliver it to them and/or their job site, on our very own NECS delivery trucks!!!

Job Outline

Role & Responsibilities
  • Learning our various products manufactured/distributed to best assist our customers.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer’s challenges.
  • Processing orders, quotes, forms, and requests
  • Goes above & beyond to learn our customer’s preferences and individual venting needs.
SKILLS
  • Excellent communication skills are a must! Our customers are calling from the job site (sometimes on a roof!) or driving and may not have part #’s upon ordering. Ability to effectively understand and process an order for what they are needing to make their job go smoothly!
  • Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to achieve goals and self-improvement
  • Follow procedures, guidelines, and policies with extreme precision
  • Detail oriented (our customers & teammates rely on us!)
  • Strong typing skills
  • A team player with organizational skills and great attention to detail
  • Impeccable customer service skills.
