New England Chimney Supply (NECS) is a leading manufacturing company specializing in chimney venting systems. We are currently seeking a positive, self-motivated individual to join our Engineering team who reflects our core values and commitment to excellence.
This is an Entry/Mid level position for product engineering & design of items to be used in the chimney industry.

Job Outline
Role & Responsibilities
- Daily design of custom products, including fittings and decorative caps.
- Design of Stock products.
- Design of burn layouts for plasma tables and laser CNC machines..
- Participation in weekly team meetings.
- Paperwork handling of Work Orders and miscellaneous administrative duties (i.e. filing/organizing).
- Potential or R&D design work on both new products and machinery.
- Assist manufacturing with design layouts when required.
SKILLS
- Cad/CAM proficiency is a requirement.
- Autodesk Fusion knowledge is a plus.
- CNC machinery knowledge is a plus.
- Sheet Metal fabrication and pattern layout is a plus.
- A team player with outstanding organizational skills and great attention to detail.
- Ability to follow policies and procedures with extreme accuracy.
- Demonstrated computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google applications and accounting software).
- Automation design knowledge is a plus.
- Programming with Python is a plus.
