Job Outline

Role & Responsibilities
  • Lead a group of employees in the Shipping department
  • Train department specific employees
  • Oversee Freight and FedEx shipping
  • Printing/Pulling/QCing customer orders
  • Manage emails and respond within a timely manner
  • Creating BOL’s for freight/fulfilling the orders
  • Building freight orders
  • Potential to cross train in multiple departments
SKILLS
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
  • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Follow procedures, guidelines & policies with extreme accuracy
  • Detail oriented (our customers & teammates rely on us!)
  • A team player with organizational skills and great attention to detail

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2-3 years experience in a lead position
  • Forklift experience a plus
